Process & Revisions
Once you choose a package, we will discuss your requirements, design preferences, goals, payments dates and methods. I will then start working on your project and provide updates throughout the process.
Each package includes two extra revisions. If you need more, additional revisions can be arranged for an extra fee.
Payments & Timeline
I accept payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer (BAC, Banco Nacional, Grupo Mutual).
Yes, a deposit of the 15% is required to start the project, and the remaining balance is due upon completed phases.
The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. A basic UX/UI design may take a few days 3 maximum, while a full-stack project can take a few weeks or few months. We will agree on a timeline before starting.
Technical Questions
Yes! All designs and developments are fully responsive, ensuring they work well on all devices.
Yes, I do offer post-launch support with troubleshooting for free but if you need maintanance, new features or updates of colors or the position of anything would be charged wit an extra fee.
Yes and No! If you want me to edit something like I said in before you will be charged with an extra fee, but if its not complicated and had some extra time I can considered to do it for free, or if you want to hire someone to do the changes, I will test them and accept but I will be no loneger resposible for any issues that may arise from those changes.
